According to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each service provider is obliged to give its users the ability to manage the personal data they collect for themselves in the course of their business. Consento strictly adheres to this regulation and gives you this opportunity in a specially designed section. See below how you can manage your personal data in Consento.
Step 1 - Account Activation
If you or your children are patients of one of the medical organizations that use the Consento platform, you have created a business profile so that you can be served - for the purpose of booking an appointment, calling from the call center, etc.
In order to take advantage of the personal data management section, you need to activate your account (unless the account was created by you before the review and is already activated).
The activation of the account is via a link that is sent to the e-mail with which you are entered in our database. Typically, our registrars will take this information from you when you first make a phone call to save an hour or when you visit a place.
If you did not specify an e-mail, do not use one or for some reason did not receive the activation link, please contact our call center to send another activation link via e-mail or SMS.
If you already have an account, you must log in with the e-mail you used to register with the password you have selected.
Step 2 - Request for the exercise of personal data rights
In the "Personal Data Management" section, accessible via the link with the same name at the bottom left of the main page of your Consento account, you can fill in and send us an exercise request:
- right of access
- right of correction
- right of objection
- right to delete
- the right to restrict processing
- the right to portability
