Assoc. Prof. Rada Markova graduated in medicine from the Medical University of Varna as a "Golden Hippocrates" at the graduation.
In 2004, Dr. Markova acquired a specialty in pediatric diseases, and in 2011, in pediatric pulmonology.
She has specialized in the United States and Austria.
He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Health Management from UNWE.
From the very beginning of her career, Assoc. Prof. Rada Markova worked as a pediatrician at the University Children's Clinics - initially at St. Marina Hospital - Varna, and subsequently at the University Children's Hospital - Sofia, where she is a specialist in pediatrics, ordinator, assistant and chief assistant.
He has an internship at the Clinic of Neonatology - SBALDB, Intensive Care Unit - SBALDB, and the last 15 years - at the Clinic of Pediatrics of the University Hospital "Alexandrovska" - Sofia.
In September 2012, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rada Markova became Manager and Ideal Founder of the First Children Consultative Clinic in Sofia.
In October, 2016 Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rada Markova defended a dissertation on the topic "Investigation of exhaled nitric oxide in children with bronchial asthma" and acquired the scientific title "Doctor".
Since October 2018 Assoc. Prof. Rada Markova has been promoted to Associate Professor after a successful competition at the Scientific Research Institute of MU-Pleven.
Dr. Rada Markova's scientific interests are in the field of pediatric pulmonology - chronic diseases of the respiratory system - bronchial asthma, cystic fibrosis, non-invasive methods of assessment of allergic inflammation.
Dr. Markova has experience in conducting Phase III clinical trials.
