To use any of the services that Consento offers through the mobile application, you need to have the platform registration and account activated.
Follow these steps to sign up and activate an account:
Step 1 - Install the application and register
This is the user registration form. Please fill out an up-to-date e-mail and phone number, because you will receive all notifications from the system via e-mail, and the phone number serves as an identifier when you make a telephone consultation. If you are calling from a phone number other than the one registered in your account, our PBX will not recognize you and will receive a message "You do not have Consento registration or your account is not yet activated".
Step 2 - Account Activation
If you fill in the form correctly, you will receive a registration confirmation and a link through which you can activate your account. Without initial activation through this link you will not be able to log in to your account. Therefore, it is important that you register an up-to-date e-mail that you use regularly when registering.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes after completing the registration form, please check the Spam folder of your e-mail or contact us for assistance through the section Contacts
If you are already a patient at one of the healthcare establishments that use the Consento platform, you probably already have a business registration in the database (created when you visit the respective hospital or when you call for an appointment at the call center). In this case, when trying to re-register, the platform recognizes that your e-mail or phone number is already present in the system and will prompt you to confirm them, after which it will send an activation link to the corresponding e-mail.
